VICTORIA HOTELS & RESORTS is an investment company, Asset Class, focused exclusively on hotels and established in 2021 by Bankinter Investment, Meliá Hotels International, and GMA Capital.
The company’s capital was formed by Spanish high-net-worth individuals and private banking clients of Bankinter, institutional investors, and the promoters of the vehicle itself—Bankinter Investment, Meliá Hotels International, and GMA Capital.
Managed by GMA Corporate, a subsidiary of GMA Capital, it currently owns six premium assets in excellent locations, fully refurbished with all planned CAPEX already applied.
The hotels that have already been repositioned have been divested, while the rest of the assets continue their sustainable transformation process.
