The company’s capital is raised from Spanish high net worth individuals and Bankinter’s private banking clients, institutional investors and the promoters of the vehicle, Bankinter Investments, Meliá Hotels International and GMA Capital.

Managed by GMA Corporate, a subsidiary of GMA Capital, Victoria currently owns 8 premium assets in excellent locations. Six of these hotels are undergoing a process of revaluation through sustainable and comprehensive repositioning and transformation, with works set for completion in 2023.
