VICTORIA HOTELS & RESORTS is a company established in 2021, initiated by Bankinter Investments, Meliá Hotels International, and GMA Capital. GMA Capital, through its subsidiary GMA Corporate, acts as the manager of the company.

  • The company includes 6 premium hotel assets known for their prime locations, totaling 1,358 keys and an asset value over 450 million euros after completing the planned investments for asset repositioning.
 
  • The portfolio consists of vacation and urban hotels in well-established top-tier destinations, entirely operated by Meliá Hotels International under management contracts and their premium brands, including Gran Meliá and Paradisus.
 
  • The entire portfolio has undergone sustainable renovation through investments aimed at decarbonizing activities and improving energy efficiency.

OUR BUSINESS MANAGER - GMA

GMA is an independent investment company specializing in real estate with a primary focus on hotel assets, dedicated to investment, asset management, and real estate development projects. GMA has a professional team with extensive experience in both the national and international markets.

The company has managed its own investments as well as third-party capital, taking on different roles depending on the type of company and project from opportunity identification, fund structuring, acquisition and sale, management, co-investment, development, operation, and asset divestment.

In recent years, GMA has participated in more than 500 transactions and projects worth over €5 billion. Currently, it manages more than €1.5 billion in assets across all the companies in which it is involved.

Its parent company, GMA Capital, is a founding partner of ATOM Hoteles SOCIMI and Victoria Hotels & Resorts, together with Bankinter.
